Projects are staged as follows
Stage 1 – Site analysis for due diligence and Pre-design.
Stage 2 – Concept design.
Stage 3 – Preliminary design to Resource Consent Application stage.
Stage 4 – Developed design.
Stage 5 – Detailed design (including input and integration of external consultants) and documentation for Building Consent Application stage.
Stage 6 – Tendering.
Stage 7 – Contract Administration and Observation of the Contract Works.
