Brockham Lodge Renovation, Queenstown

Located on a rural site near Queenstown, this 370 sq/m home was originally built in the mid 1990’s and in need of design upgrades both functionally and aesthetically. The home-owners wished to transform the house into a spacious alpine lodge with a complete reconfiguration of internal spaces, while retaining the original form of the buildings. Leaving no stone unturned, we were engaged as the Architect to undertake this complex, large-scale renovation and extension, including full interior design consultancy services. Currently under construction, the lodge will be entirely re-clad, extended to a total footprint of 550 sq/m and upgraded to a modern family retreat, complete with a guest wing and large games room.
