Roys Peninsula House

Located in a highly sensitive landscape area this project was the subject of an extensive and rigorous Resource Consent process. From the first simple hut to the final dwelling, the client’s determination to respect this unique location has resulted in a sensitive meshing of building and site. Timber has been used extensively throughout the interior of the home, with a strong feature ceiling. Slate tiles contrast against warm wooden floors.
