Warren Street Townhouses, Wānaka

The facade features vertical cedar, curved exterior walls and schist accents. Internally, the ground level of each townhouse incorporates a spacious kitchen with butler’s pantry, flowing into a luxurious open plan living space. Bespoke designed oak veneer joinery, creates visual cohesion throughout the homes. The outdoor entertaining area is designed to cater to all seasons, featuring an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, and spa pool, creating a perfect setting for relaxation and gatherings.
