“This house is the first of two houses that Condon Scott have designed for Sally and I. Our 75 acre waterfront lifestyle block for this home, was situated in a location that was highly sensitive. Sarah Scott and Barry Condon used their experience and judgement to navigate the sensitivities with a small team which included a respected Landscape Architect, a Planner and Legal Adviser. Sarah and Barry designed a house that worked within the natural environment, through carefully considered design elements. Upon obtaining a Resource Consent, Sarah and Barry worked closely with a Quantity Surveyor and Builder throughout the build process to ensure strict budget conditions were met.
The end result was a high-quality home with which we were very happy. This property has now been purchased by another family and we have moved onto our next project with Condon Scott Architects, which we are looking forward to completing shortly.”
